Executive Coaching

Individual

This coaching experience is grounded in the needs of the client. We leverage the Coaching For Change Model (Bennett and Bush, 2014), and our four frames (Where I’m From; No Purpose, No Peace; Me at this Place; Discard, Keep, and Create) to work through several steps: 

  • understand the current context, the client’s needs and desires, and information gathering

  • develop possible actions, plan those actions and come to shared agreements

  • define success explicitly so we know it when we see it

These steps are explored through an analysis of key knowledge, skills, and mindsets of the client in order to produce action. We will monitor our progress throughout, make adjustments, and celebrate our successes along the way.

On-Site/Place-Based Coaching

Individual

This intensive, personalized coaching experience is rooted in the space in which the client works. I will join the client to provide real-time job support, in person, elbow-to-elbow, to accelerate their efforts toward their goals. This structure is customized to meet the needs of the client and could include: 

  • Joining the client in a variety of workplace structures, providing feedback, support, professional learning, progress monitoring and coaching (in real time and in follow up)  

  • Observing and providing feedback on the client’s coaching methods, meeting/training design, facilitation and follow up

Systems Leader Impact Cohort

Group (6 month engagement)

This cohort experience is designed to address a specific challenge facing many senior executives in organizations. You have a problem of practice, lots of brilliant ideas and research and no time to synthesize the information, make an informed decision, execute, monitor, and codify the results from your learning.

The goals for the cohort include:

  • Accelerated learning and growth

  • Deliberate planning and action towards an agreed upon goal (both personal and organizational)

  • Codified learning through written contributions to the knowledge base

This six (6) month program includes:

  • Coaching, executive leadership development, training, organizational development, change management training and development

  • Text-based discussions

  • Editing and publishing of written work
